Six destinations, all-inclusive prices, clear processing times
Safrat issues visas for Iraqi passport holders to six destinations: Jordan, Oman, Egypt, Dubai and the UAE, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia for Umrah. Every application is submitted online from your phone, and the price shown on each destination page covers the government fee and the service fee together, with nothing added at checkout.
The easiest visa for Iraqi travellers
If you want the least paperwork, the Jordan visa asks for a single document - a photo of the first page of your passport - with no age condition and no requirement to hold residency abroad. The Egypt visa is also a single document. Neither needs a bank statement, a hotel booking or an invitation letter.
The fastest to issue
The express Jordan visa is issued in one working day. If you have more time, the same visa is available with longer processing at a lower price. What changes between those plans is the speed alone - not the visa type, not the validity, not the length of stay.
Validity is not the same as length of stay
This is the detail most people get wrong. Validity is the window in which you must enter the country, counted from the date the visa is issued. Length of stay is how long you may remain, counted from the day you actually arrive. A visa valid for two months with a one-month stay means you can enter on any day within those two months, and your month begins when you land.
When to apply
Processing times are in working days. The submission day is not counted, Friday and Saturday are not counted, and the clock starts when your documents are complete rather than when you pay. A practical rule: add a week to the stated time and apply before that. For the Umrah visa allow at least three weeks, since demand rises sharply in season.

How it works
Five steps from choosing a visa to payment
- Step 1
Add travellers
Set the number of travellers and enter each one's date of birth. The price appears instantly before you continue. - Step 2
Upload documents
Upload the required documents accurately and in their designated fields. Processing begins once the upload is complete. - Step 3
Fill in your details
Enter your details exactly as they appear in your passport. Any mismatch in the name causes rejection. - Step 4
Review your order
Check your order summary: visa type, traveller count, processing time, and final price. Review everything before you pay. - Step 5
Pay and receive
Pay securely. The Safrat team submits your application and the approval arrives by email within the processing time of your chosen plan.
Documents required by destination
The number of documents varies by destination, and each destination page shows the exact list before you pay:
- Jordan and Egypt: one document - a clear photo of the first page of your passport.
- Thailand: three documents.
- Oman: five documents, including a flight ticket and a hotel booking.
- Dubai and the UAE: six documents.
- Saudi Arabia (Umrah): per the season's requirements, shown on the destination page.
Note: every traveller needs their own documents, children included, and the document photo must be readable with all edges in frame so your application is not delayed.
Before you apply
Check your passport validity. Most destinations ask for a passport valid for at least six months from your travel date - check the destination page for the exact condition. If yours is close to expiring, renew it before you apply rather than after.
The document photo has to be readable. Sharp, all four edges inside the frame, and no glare covering a line. The most common cause of delay is a document that cannot be read, and the clock restarts once you upload the replacement.
Every traveller needs their own documents. If you are applying for a family, each person needs their own set - children included. You cannot submit one person's documents for more than one traveller.
Approval is not a guarantee of entry. The visa gets you to the border; the final decision to admit you rests with the authority at the port of entry. Keep a copy of the visa and your booking with you on arrival.
FAQ
What is the easiest visa for Iraqi travellers?
The Jordan visa is the simplest we issue: one document only, a photo of the first page of your passport, with no age condition and no requirement to hold residency abroad. The Egypt visa also needs a single document.
Which visa is the cheapest you issue?
Jordan is our least expensive destination, followed by Oman and then Egypt. Check the current price on each destination page - all prices include the government fee and the service fee, with nothing added at checkout.
Do you issue Schengen visas for Iraqis?
No, we do not issue Schengen, European or American visas. Our current destinations are six: Jordan, Oman, Egypt, Dubai and the UAE, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia for Umrah.
Do you issue the Umrah visa, and what does it cover?
Yes, we issue the Saudi Arabia Umrah visa for performing the pilgrimage. It requires documents per the season's requirements, shown on the destination page. We recommend applying at least three weeks ahead, as demand rises in season.
Which visa is issued fastest?
The express Jordan visa is issued in one working day. Oman follows at around three days, Dubai and the UAE at four working days, and Egypt between five and ten days depending on the type.
What is the difference between validity and length of stay?
Validity is the window in which you must enter the country, counted from the issue date. Length of stay is how long you may remain, counted from the day you actually arrive - not from the issue date. Both are shown on each destination page before you buy.
What documents are required?
It depends on the destination. Jordan and Egypt ask for a passport photo only; Thailand asks for three documents; Oman asks for five including a flight ticket and a hotel voucher; Dubai asks for six. Each destination page lists exactly what is needed before you pay.
Can I apply for my family and children?
Yes, you can apply for more than one traveller in the same order, but each traveller - children included - needs their own documents. You cannot use one person's documents for more than one traveller.
What passport validity is required?
Most destinations require a passport valid for at least six months from your travel date. If yours is close to expiring, renew it before you apply. Check the destination page for the exact condition.
How far in advance should I apply?
Processing times are in working days, the submission day and the Friday and Saturday holidays are not counted, and the clock starts once your documents are complete. Add a week to the stated time and apply before that. For Umrah allow three weeks.
Can I apply online without visiting an office?
Yes. Everything is done online from your phone - upload your documents, pay, and track the application from your account. If you would rather come in person, our office is in Najaf - Al-Amir District, Atiya Jbouri Street.
What if the embassy rejects my visa?
We show you the decision and its reason on your order page. For all current visa plans, the processing fees paid are non-refundable if the application is rejected - which is why our team reviews your documents before submission to reduce that risk.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept local and international payment cards, with no additional fees on the displayed amount. Payment is the final step, after you review your order summary.
